KUDOS shower products, superior products designed for living and built for life, all carry a lifetime guarantee against material or manufacturing defects subject to the terms and conditions below.
Terms and conditions
- The guarantee is for the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
- The guarantee applies to an original installation and does not cover previously installed products such as showroom displays.
- The guarantee applies only to manufacturing or material defects and does not apply to: normal wear and tear, inappropriate use or accidental damage.
- The guarantee applies to products used for domestic purposes only.
- The guarantee applies only if products have been installed according to our instructions and maintained according to our recommendations.
- The guarantee applies only to the product itself.
- If a product is found to be of faulty manufacture KUDOS reserve the right to either refund the purchase price, replace or repair the product and excludes any claim for consequential loss or damage.
- The guarantee is only valid for products installed in the U.K and Ireland.
- Should you have a claim against this guarantee you should contact KUDOS Shower products technical services department within 21 days of the fault occurring.
- KUDOS reserves the right to charge for engineers time and replacement parts if a claim is not due to faulty manufacture or components.
- No claim will be accepted if a product is installed with a fault that would have been clearly visible before installation.
