Yes. References relating to product suitability for use with high performance showers assume that the showerhead is positioned appropriately for normal shower use and does not include spray extending beyond the width of the screen.
All KUDOS products carry a lifetime guarantee against faulty workmanship or materials excluding consumables. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or problems arising from faulty installation. The guarantee is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase may be required for a claim under guarantee. The guarantee covers the product only. General Framework and Fixings Cleaning
Use only warm soapy water and a damp cloth/sponge on a regular basis. After cleaning please rinse with clean water to remove any residue.
Clean with white vinegar then rinse and removing excess water with a squeegee. Buff with a dry cloth for a sheen
Do not use abrasive scouring powders, chemicals or aerosol cleaners – these may result in damage to the surfaces, in particular, the plated component parts.
If these instructions are followed, we believe our product will give many years of satisfactory use.

Looking onto the showering area from outside; if the wall post is attached to the wall on the right and the fixed panel of glass is attached to the wall post on the right, then the hinge Deflector Panel will be attached to the glass on the right and the hinges will also be on the right hand side which makes it right handed.
